Need control and so this blog moves to it’s own domain, hosted here. Of course awesomeness of WordPress still rules and will continue to provide services there too.

And continuing with the last post, doesn’t really matter what the achievements are, at the end of the day, all of us stop and think how happy we are. And the notion of happiness is one of the most complicated things that we come across.

Happiness surely depends on what you do with your life and career, how much money you earn or the knowledge and experience you gain in the process. But all of these things really matter because it gives you a chance to stop worrying about the necessities of survival in this world and concentrate on doing what you love.
People may find happiness in the scent of the morning (really gay) or sounds of birds (gay and retarded) or just hanging out with friends and getting drunk.

And sometimes we make a mistake when we judge other people on what they do with their lives, maybe because that doesn’t make sense to us. It is important to know that the criteria for their happiness varies and can be very different from us.

But this quest for happiness doesn’t mean that we throw our life away and wander around searching for it. Well if someone is doing something like that, we can be sure that he is a gaping asshole.

But this doesn’t also mean that we go on our own way not paying any attention to things that mean happiness for us…we should try.

…means that the progress models that some people ended up pursuing works out best for them. And there isn’t anything wrong with the models that I stuck to. The important point here is that the heads of some of those people should not be in a place where they think in terms of classic war like scenarios, or common game type scenarios. It doesn’t mean that for one party to win, the other has to lose. Because they also have to remember that thinking on such lines isn’t actually going to help any of the parties.
I believe that it is essential for everyone to have a faith in what they are doing. And I think that people have earned whatever they have, at least for the most part. I, for one thing, wouldn’t want to exchange what I have, for something else.

There are multiple criteria which apply to multiple people. How they judge what they have…
I do not have misconceptions about these. And I would be happy earning one point, when others dream about nothing less than the whole world.

I am sorry but the product number is not on the list of recalled products.

So what am I supposed to do?

You will have to pay the repair charges because the warranty expired 149 days ago

Okay…how much would that be?

It’s just (a huge amount)

Is there any other way? May be it’s a minor problem and wouldn’t cost so much.

In that case you need to speak to our tech support guys and they will assist you over the phone to determine what the problem is.

Okay…and what would be the damage for taking their help?

It’s just (a huge amount)

WTF.

In 2008, I

- survived a major car accident
- explored Boston city for forty days
- realized that NP-completeness can kill you
- explored some of the lesser known alleys of Koyla Nagar
- had lotsa chick peas
- had an exhausting holiday season
- got a chance to visit Seattle
- could not visit a friend (will do that in 2009 for sure)
- observed that the girls in Kolkatta are more well endowed now as they were one and a half years ago

May the new year bring at least as much fun as I had in 2008.
Happy New Year folks..may the new year make/keep you happy!
